Tatiana Reif, quien a través de su música e interpretación muestra cada uno de sus sentimentos, tiene 19 años, siendo el Español, Alemán, Holandés e Inglés los idiomas que habla.
Tiene proyectado estudiar la carrera de comunicación; ésto, junto con su virtuosismo al violín, hacen de Tatiana un ejemplo a seguir para su generación, reflejando pasión en todo lo que realiza.
A 3 años de vivir en Playa del Carmen Tatiana ha logrado cosolidar poco a poco sus proyectos profesionales y de vida; encantada por nuestro país, su gente, su comida, sus paisajes, su flora y fauna, se ha interesado en la ecología de la región y nos comenta que es un deber de cada Playense y habitante de la Riviera Maya, el cuidar nuestro entorno, "Estamos echando a perder de lo que estamos viviendo, la basura la echamos al mar, y tarde o temprano nos lo va a regresar..."
Ella nos expresa que hacen falta foros en la Riviera Maya para todo lo que es Música y Artes escénicas, por lo que propone que se generen proyectos que promuevan la creación de espacios para estas actividades, y así poder compartirlas con la gente local y no sólo con el turismo.
Tatiana Reif, who shows her feelings through her music and interpretations, is 19 years old, being Spanish, German, Dutch and English the languages that she speaks.
She wants to study communication career at the university, all this , and her virtuosity at the violin, makes Tatiana an example for the young people, reflecting passion in all that carries out.
In 3 years of living in Playa del Carmen, Tatiana had achieved little by little her professional and life projects; whith a special fascinated by our country, their people, their food, their landscapes, their flora and fauna, she has been interested in the ecology of the region and she comments us that it is a duty of each people living an visiting the Mayan Riviera, taking care of our environment, "We are wasting all the the things that we are living, the garbage we throw in to the sea, sooner or later it will return..."
She told us that there are not enough forums in the Mayan Riviera for all the Music and scenic Arts, so, she proposes to people, of doing projects that promote the creation of spaces for these activities, and by this way, be able to share them with local people and not only with the tourism.
Tatiana logra acoplar su vida normal con sus actividades musicales, participando en 2 grupos: Cuerdas del viento y el Grupo Itzaes, y en ocasiones como solista en eventos privados.
Su reciente integración a Itzaes no le ha impedido acoplarse con sus integrantes y su música, confirmando el porqué el violín es un don natural en ella.
Los Itzaes (que en lengua maya significa Brujos o magos del agua) definen su estilo como rock progresivo experimental, mezclando percusiones y cuerdas, llevan su música desde Playa del Carmen a todo lugar que quiera conocer y disfrutar de su estilo.
Conforman la banda: Tonatiu y Quique (en el djembe y la percusión), Benjamín (en la batería), Alex (en la guitarra), Israel (en el bajo), Iván (como vocalista, guitarrista y percusiones) y Tatiana (en el violín).
Han tenido participación en festivales como Festival Internazionale della Mercantia ,Lucania Buskers Festival, Villa Festival, Latinoamericando en Milán, en Madrid, Montreal, Suiza, La Gironda Monopoli, Napoli, entre otros.
El grupo como tal inicia desde el 2004, contando en ese tiempo sólo con 5 integrantes. Su pasión por la música, los ha llevado poco a poco a generar un estilo propio, que con el tiempo han ido puliendo, con una visión clara de trascender en el género musical.
Han compartido escenario con artistas escénicos como malbaristas, bailarines y acróbatas, lo que enriquece su espectáculo en vivo.

Tatiana is able to alternate her normal life with her musical activities, playing in 2 groups: Cuerdas de viento, and with Grupo Itzaes, and sometimes as soloist in private events.
her recent integration to Itzaes has not been dificult getting involved with the members and its music, confirming the reason why the violin is a natural skill in her.
The Itzaes (that in Mayan languge means Wizards or magicians of the water) they define their style as experimental progressive rock, mixing percussions and strings,they play their music music from Playa del Carmen to all places who wants to know and t enjoy their style.
