Mucbil Pollo / Mucbil Chicken

Platillo Regional de la Península de yucatán,preparado especialmente para la celebracion del Dia de Muertos. El tamal es preparado a base de maíz, y el relleno puede ser de pollo o puerco, el pollo, en este caso, se hierve con oregano, ajo, pimienta, epazote y cebolla. El Mucbil pollo tiene un sabor unico, y puede saborearse acompañado de un cafe, o jugo de frutas tropicales, ven y disfruta de este platillo en nuestro restaurante a partir del medio dia.
